S. Henri McClees, Attorney at Law, is a registered lobbyist in North Carolina, and has worked with McClees Consulting, Inc. for more than ten years.  Prior to her legislative work, she was a sole practitioner in New Bern, NC with a litigation practice.

Henri McClees is a member of the NC Bar Association and the NC Association of Women Attorneys, for which she serves on the Nominations Committee.

From 1977 through 1978, she served as a criminal prosecutor in the Third Judicial District of NC. From 1978 through 1998, she engaged in the private practice of law, with offices in New Bern and Oriental, NC.

A graduate of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and the UNC School of Law, Henri McClees majored in English and was inducted into Phi Beta Kappa.

Born in Greenville, NC, Henri married Joe McClees in 1980. They live on their NC Century Farm outside Oriental, NC.
